AMAN NEW YEAR PITCH BOOK

This pitch book was developed as a high-impact marketing piece to support Newmark’s efforts in securing the AMAN New York hotel account. At the time of creation, the hotel was still under construction, and only architectural renderings of the future spaces were available. In collaboration with the Newmark team, I led the art direction and design of a bespoke printed coffee table book that positioned AMAN New York as a rare and prestigious asset within the ultra-luxury hospitality market. The goal was to not only showcase the legacy and philosophy of the AMAN brand, but also to articulate the unique investment and experiential potential of the soon-to-open New York property.

ART DIRECTION & DESIGN APPROACH

The visual direction drew directly from AMAN’s refined aesthetic and the natural tones of the future hotel interiors. The book design centered around a muted, organic color palette, incorporating rich greens and warm neutrals inspired by the brand’s commitment to serenity and understated luxury. The cover featured a pebbled deep chocolate leather wrap, offering a tactile, high-end feel that echoed the sensorial experience of an AMAN stay.

Internally, layouts were kept spacious and minimal, allowing the provided renderings to command attention. Full-bleed imagery stretched across spreads to immerse the reader in the forthcoming environment, while subtle typographic choices and restrained use of copy kept the focus on visual storytelling. The final product was more than a brochure—it functioned as a collectible object, elevating the pitch into a brand-aligned luxury experience in its own right.
